Sometimes a traditional timber framed isn’t the best fit for a structure. Sometimes an “industrial” look is needed with large metal plates and substantial timbers that inspire the space with strength and intuitive complexity. A gusseted, heavy timbered trussing system can introduce elegance and “bigness” to a space while also being utilitarian and structural. We work with some of the best structural engineers to bring our designs to life. Custom exposed trusses not only suspend the roof over your head, but create the “it” factor of a space. The eyes are draw upward as if staring into the strong bows of a forest canopy, calming the senses while inspiring our creative mind.
